Player Support Representative

The Player Support Representatives (PSRs) stand as the front line in the effort to protect the children whom play Club Penguin. The PSRs are also there to support the players and their families through email correspondence.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Name Approval

Moderation Reports

Online Community

Provide email support to both players and their parents along with concerned parents who want to know more about Club Penguin

Attend SOAL Focus meetings

 

Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma

Customer Service experience a plus, experience in writing a must

Speaks French • Software: Basic Computer, 60 WPM

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

Care for the safety of children

Enthusiastic about excellent customer service

Ability to communicate clearly through written word

Solid understanding of both local and global pop culture

 

Salary:
