Client Support Representative

The Client Support Representatives (CSRs) provide support to our members both through email and through phone support. They also will respond to questions or concerns about billing issues.

 

Responsibilities:

 

General and billing related phone support

Billing and membership related email support

Online Community

Attend SOAL Focus meetings

 

Qualifications:

 

High School Diploma

Speaks French

Software: Basic Computer, 60 WPM

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

Care for the safety of children

Enthusiastic about excellent costumer service

Clear phone voice

Ability to communicate clearly through written word

Solid understanding of both local and global pop culture

Ability to think and respond quickly while providing phone support

 

Salary:
