Brand Intelligence Associate
Responsible for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Club Penguin, including: building and managing a standard of excellence in membership marketing to help us build a better product for our guests, ensuring we are welcoming more new members, ensuring that they are having a great experience, and growing the membership business.
Responsibilities:
Provide an ongoing analysis of web metrics and other available data.
Work closely with Business Intelligence team to provide brand intelligence guidance to discover trends, and insights.
Work with web team to improve our SEO on the site.
Qualifications:
Post secondary degree with a focus on marketing, analytics, and psychology.
MBA preferred.
2-3 years relevant experience and/or education in membership and online marketing.
Experience using segmentation techniques.
Experience with marketing approaches to improve acquisition, conversion and retention rates.
Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
Fluent in English.
Skills and Abilities:
