Brand Associate, Consumer Products


Coordinates and co-manages consumer product marketing campaigns between Club Penguin and Disney Consumer Products, Disney Interactive Studios and Product Licensees.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Work closely with the marketing teams from Disney Interactive Studios, Disney Consumer Products and various Product Licensees to ensure those teams create and deliver integrated marketing programs that meet the objectives of Club Penguin.

Work with our internal Merchandise team, external Licensees and Disney Partners to facilitate the collection of assets, and data these teams require to create and execute marketing programs.

Work with external Licensees and Disney Partners to ensure all merchandise marketing programs are on brand.

Work closely with the Club Penguin marketing team to ensure all consumer product-marketing initiatives are communicated and developed in partnership our other marketing activities to ensure global focus.

Develop and coordinate other internal Brand and Marketing projects.

Brand stewardship: Aid with internal department processes and support department activities such as presentations, metric reporting, and document creation.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

3+ years marketing and project management experience.

Previous consumer or retail marketing experience required.

People management experience required.

Product / Web Integrated marketing experience preferred.

Experience liaising with Global teams preferred.

Experience in entertainment or gaming preferred but not required.

Strong proficiency in office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, email, internet).

Basic proficiency in various applications for viewing photo and video files.

Fluent in English.
